Conventional disinfectants are immediately effective – but only for a short time – they kill specific viruses and bacteria during their exposure time. After that, however, the surface is exposed to them again without protection. Until the next disinfection, there is a hygiene gap in which there can be repopulation by microorganisms. The multifunctional disinfectant Bacoban® developed by nanotechnology can do more: it combines the properties of a disinfectant and a nano-sealing. This is how Bacoban® works
In addition to the proven direct germicidal and virus-killing effect (incl. Coronavirus, HIV, HBV, HCV, Herpes, Influenza, Ebolavirus, …) has Bacoban® two other highly effective mechanisms :

Antimicrobial and virus-inactive effect (certain viruses) for up to 10 days After the disinfectant has evaporated, Bacoban® forms a “nano-sponge”. This contains biocides which, in the event of contamination / colonization, diffuse to the surface and kill bacteria and fungi – for up to 10 days.
D. he lasting effect of Bacoban® closes the hygiene gap!

Security advice:
The employers’ liability insurance association stipulates that gloves must be worn when handling disinfectants. Harmful if swallowed. Causes severe skin burns and eye damage. Use only with water and according to the mixing table. Do not use with other cleaners or disinfectants.

Can be used on all surfaces. For questionably sensitive surfaces, we recommend a resistance test on an inconspicuous area. Store only in a closed container. Store in a cool and dry place.

The container can only be recycled when it is completely empty. Do not use after the expiry date. Dispose of in accordance with local and official regulations.

Why a disinfectant with a lasting effect? Why Bacoban®?

The primary goal was to create a surface disinfectant with Bacoban® that not only disinfects, but also guarantees a lasting effect until the next disinfection. The fact that the project has now had a lasting effect for up to 10 days has not only surprised us, but also independent testing laboratories and health facilities testing Bacoban®.
The consequence of these unique results is not to automatically change hygiene plans and only disinfect every 5 or 10 days, but rather to use this great advantage for the benefit of patients, staff and to improve infection control. Integrated into the established disinfection plan, such a disinfection agent offers greater security against the spread of germs and viruses and thus reduces new infections. It closes the hygiene gap!
