Shipping methods & shipping costs

Our products are generally shipped as insured packages. Shipping is available only within Germany.

Germany

Shipping costs within Germany are 7.99 euros per order. Shipping is free for orders totaling 300.00 euros (gross) or more.

European Union – Shipping is currently unavailable

The new EU Packaging Regulation (PPWR) has been in effect since August 12, 2026. It requires retailers who ship goods to end customers in other EU countries to register in each individual destination country and appoint an authorized representative there—regardless of the order quantity.

Since this requirement applies on a country-by-country basis, the costs quickly add up to an estimated €6,000 to €10,000 annually for us as a retailer when shipping to multiple EU countries.

For a retailer of our size, this is not economically feasible. We have therefore decided to temporarily limit shipping to Germany. Deliveries within Germany are not affected by this policy and will continue as usual.

We deeply regret this decision—especially in light of our long-standing and valued business relationships with our customers and partners in other EU countries. As soon as a practical and economically viable solution emerges at the European level, we will resume shipping to the EU immediately.
