Activated hydrophobic anti-mold coating (SiO2+TiO2) with self-cleaning effect, suitable for stones and porous painted surfaces.
This innovative stone sealer is a ready-to-use solution for impregnating all mineral surfaces. Open-pored and absorbent surfaces are particularly ideal as they absorb the coating through their capillary forces and thus lead to an optimum effect.
Product features
- Activated anti-mold coating – Prevents the growth of algae, moss and lichen
- Self-cleaning effect through photocatalysis – Bleaches out organic soiling
- Long-lasting beading effect – Strong hydrophobic properties
- Prevents unpleasant odors (e.g. from urine) – anti-odor effect
- Long-term color stability – Retains the original stone color
- Resistant to acids, bases (pH 1-14) and salt water – Chemical resistance
- Fast drying and protective effect – Immediate functionality
- Durability of the sealant 2+ years
- Reduces capillary water absorption – Optimum moisture protection

Application
Preparation:
- Ideal for open-pored and absorbent stone surfaces that absorb the coating through their capillary forces
- Cleaning: The surfaces to be treated must be clean and dry
- Recommended application temperature: 15°C – 25°C
Application:
- Application method: spray, brush, roll on
- Recommended method: Spraying method
- Consumption: 1 liter is sufficient for 30 – 40 m² of stone surface by spraying
- Ensure even distribution on the surface
Drying time:
- Complete networking: 12 hours
- The surface should remain dry during the drying time
Cleaning:
- The tools used should be cleaned with water after use
Worth knowing
Proven properties:
Beading effect:
- The capillary-constricting effect prevents moisture from penetrating the material
- Water runs off the surface due to the hydrophobization of the surface
- The original color is preserved and protected after treatment
Protection against soiling:
- Surfaces are protected against the ingress of dirt
- Surface dirt can eventually be removed by cleaning or rainwater
Diffusion behavior:
- The treated surfaces are open to diffusion and allow natural moisture exchange
- The product can also be used in the event of increased moisture in the façade following water damage
Long-term anti-fouling effect:
- Treated surfaces remain clean thanks to the interplay of capillary absorption and beading effect
- No breeding ground for algae, moss and lichen
- The property looks like new and freshly painted

Solidification of sand:
- Loose sand solidifies in 6 – 12 hours
- Treated surfaces are consolidated while retaining the material color
- The diffusion permeability allows use in cellar vaults
- Hydrophobicity + rough surface structure = “lotus effect”
Stability against acids and bases:
- The treated surfaces are protected against corrosive liquids such as acids (acid rain!) and bases
- Resistant to pH values from 1-14

Protection against salt water:
- The treated surfaces are protected against salt water damage
- Beading effect prevents penetration
- Salt formation occurs on the surface and can be easily removed
Photocatalysis:
- The photocatalyst titanium dioxide (TiO2) integrated in the coating is energetically activated under the influence of daylight
- This produces short-lived oxygen radicals that break down air pollutants such as ozone (O3), nitrogen oxides (NOx), sulphur dioxide (SO2) and volatile organic compounds (VOCs) into environmentally friendly substances
- Photocatalysis improves air quality!
- Photocatalysis is used to bleach dyes on the surface

Protection against natural soiling:
- Highly sensitive stones are protected from natural soiling from the environment
- This is ensured by the combination of rain/mild cleaning and photocatalysis

Protection from food colors:
- Sensitive stones are very efficiently protected against the penetration of food colorings
- Soiling can be removed with mild and environmentally friendly cleaners
- Remaining paint residues are dissolved with the power of photocatalysis

Urinary problems (“wild peeing”):
- Urine rolls off and is prevented from penetrating the stone
- This prevents the development of the typical “urine odor”
- The treated surfaces are permanently protected against urine!
Storage:
- Store according to the manufacturer’s instructions
- Protect from frost
